Booking & Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Payment is made securely at the time of booking via credit card or bank transfer.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 PM
 

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and depending on availability.
 

Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our service and the limited availability of our apartment, all bookings are final and non-refundable.
We are a small, independent property and unlike larger hotels, we are unable to accommodate last-minute cancellations or changes without significant impact on our operations.
